  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Can be substituted with apple pie spice for more flavor
  • 1 tablespoon water or apple juice Optional, for additional moisture

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • Core and slice the apples into uniform pieces, about 1/4–1/2 inch thick.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the apple slices with ground cinnamon and optional water or apple juice until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking until apples are tender and lightly caramelized.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
