Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the cauliflower florets in cornstarch until they are fully coated.
Cooking
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the coated cauliflower to the pan, cooking until golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Once the cauliflower is crispy, pour the orange sauce over it and toss to coat evenly.
Bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to set the glaze.
