Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the filling

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • to taste Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until fully combined.
  • Press this mixture into the bottom of tart pans.
  • Bake the crusts for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let them cool down completely.

Filling

  • In another bowl, combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture into the cooled tart crusts, spreading it evenly.
  • Top each tart with the sliced strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the tarts to set properly.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a crunchier crust, try mixing finely chopped nuts with the graham crackers. Substitute fresh strawberries with other fruits like blueberries or raspberries. Refrigerate the tarts for the full 2 hours for the best texture.
