Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Use fresh chicken for best flavor.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred for better melting.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For coating the chicken.

For the Vegetables

  • 3 cups small potatoes, halved Cut into even sizes for consistent cooking.
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast with olive oil, then dredge them in the Parmesan mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  • Arrange the chicken on one side of a large sheet pan.
  • Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil and Italian seasoning, then place them on the other side of the pan.

Cooking

  • Roast everything in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • After the initial 15 minutes, add the trimmed green beans to the pan.
  • Continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Notes
