Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, halved potatoes, ranch seasoning mix, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss everything together until the chicken and potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.

Cooking
