  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries Gently fold in to avoid breaking.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Pinch salt Enhances overall flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  • Mix until everything is fully combined.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add more nut butter or honey.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
  • Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag.
