  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula for even cooking.
  • While the turkey is cooking, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Once the turkey is fully cooked, pour the prepared sauce over it, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Let everything simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly, absorbing into the turkey.
  • Serve the honey garlic ground turkey over rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For added texture, consider incorporating steamed broccoli or snap peas on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat before serving. Freeze for up to 3 months if needed.
