For the Salad

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup croutons

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is cooked through and golden.

Assembly

  • Remove the chicken crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
  • Top the chicken crust with the salad mixture, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and extra Parmesan cheese.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
