Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and eggs. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to keep them whole and bursting.
Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the batter.
