  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh broccoli preferred for better texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Customize with different cheese types for variety.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in half of the shredded cheese until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Top it with the remaining shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For serving, pair with a fresh side salad or steamed vegetables. Can also serve over cauliflower rice for a low-carb twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
