Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, cinnamon, and honey. Mix well to ensure the apples are coated.
Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the oats and chopped nuts, and sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
Baking
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is a lovely golden color.
Serve warm with yogurt or milk for breakfast, or with a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
Notes
To keep leftovers fresh, store the apple crumble in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Freeze before baking for longer storage.
