Preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Core and slice the apples evenly, aiming for uniform thickness (about 1/4-inch thick).
Place apple slices in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the slices if using, and toss gently to coat.
Cooking
Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; work in batches if needed.
Cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even browning.
The apples are done when tender and slightly caramelized at the edges.
