Instructions

Preparation

  • Grill chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper; slice into strips once cooked.
  • In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, and croutons.

Dressing

  • For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes
