  • Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Once they start to float, drain them and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and create a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the cream sauce, tossing gently to coat them.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for an extra touch of flavor.

Notes

To serve, consider using shallow bowls and sprinkling with extra Parmesan. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, reheating gently with a splash of milk or cream.
