French Dip Sliders

Ingredients

For the sliders

  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Au jus sauce For dipping

For the garlic butter

  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the roast beef, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese on top.
  • Complete the sliders by placing the top halves of the buns over the layered ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the buns.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve the sliders hot, with a side of au jus sauce for dipping.

Notes

These sliders can be easily customized with different cheeses or by adding vegetables. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days or freeze before baking for longer storage.
