Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
