  • 1/2 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 2 pieces Chicken For chicken tikka chapati burritos
  • 1/4 cup Tikka masala For flavor
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat chapatis For burrito wrapping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients listed for the recipes you would like to prepare.
  • Preheat oven for baking chicken and preparing other proteins.

Cooking

  • Blend spinach, banana, and almond milk to make a Green Smoothie.
  • Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices, then bake until cooked through.
  • Prepare teriyaki pulled pork by seasoning pork loin with soy sauce and ginger and slow cook until tender.
  • For the maple pecan crusted salmon, coat salmon fillets with maple syrup and top with chopped pecans, then bake until golden.
  • Cook chicken with tikka masala and wrap in whole wheat chapatis.
