Instructions
Preparation
Add 1 cup Greek yogurt to the blender.
Toss in 1 cup mixed berries and 1 banana.
Scoop in 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
Pour in 1/2 cup water or milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Blend on high until smooth, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
