  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly; cook for one more minute.
  • Season your stir fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the beef stir fry over your choice of cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Consider garnishing with sesame seeds or green onions. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat to a temperature of 165°F.
