Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss together the chicken sausages, bell peppers, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

Serve as a standalone meal, or pair with rice, quinoa, or a bed of mixed greens. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
