  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to preference
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Optional for serving

Instructions

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.

Preparing the Lentil Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked pasta to the lentil mixture, tossing gently to ensure all pasta is evenly coated.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat with a splash of water to prevent drying out.
