For the meatballs

For the tzatziki sauce and assembly
1cupGreek yogurt
2tbspLemon juice
2tbspFresh dill, chopped

1cupCucumbers, chopped
1/2cupRed onions, sliced

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined and then shape into meatballs.
Cooking
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
While the meatballs bake, prepare the tzatziki sauce by blending Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Assembly
Chop your cucumbers, slice the red onions, and prepare the Kalamata olives.
Assemble your bowls by adding meatballs, cucumbers, red onions, and olives, then drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
