Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or potato masher until the texture is mostly smooth.
Stir in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper until everything is well mixed.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
