Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1 pound ground chicken Choose high-quality ground chicken.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Toppings (optional)

  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, more cheese, vegetables, pepperoni) Customize as desired.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes, or until it is golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice and enjoy your low-carb pizza!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to keep the crust crispy.
