Ingredients
For the crust

ground chicken
Choose high-quality ground chicken.

shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4

grated Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cooking
Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes, or until it is golden and cooked through.
Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and enjoy your low-carb pizza!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to keep the crust crispy.
